Quality Time Ltd. was established because of our passion for Quality Brand Watches. We strongly believe in these products and believe more people would own one if the price was more affordable. Our aim is to bring these watches to you at that more affordable price!
All our watches are purchased from overseas and imported to New Zealand as the New Zealand marked alone can not supply us the choice, variety and price we require. After arrival here we take them to a Swiss Trained Watchmaker to make sure they are all running correctly, cleaned and checked for authenticity. We try to only buy watches with all their original boxes but obviously this is not always possible as boxes do get lost. Some of our stock has never been worn. These watches we acquire from dealers with excess stock or ex-display models.
We are continually committed to limiting our overheads so that we can provide these Quality Brands at affordable prices. We manage this by working remotely, no costly shop fronts in place, and we do not include warranties that would most probably never be used as we have already had the watches inspected by a professional watchmaker.
We sell our watches over the internet because we believe this will be the only way to shop in the future. We can open our great offers to the world and are accessible 7 days a week, 24hours per day. We appreciate that some people still find purchasing via the internet a risky and unpleasant experience. We have taken many steps to help alleviate these concerns
a) being granted a used traders license, meaning we have checked by the police,
b) having all our watches checked by a Professional Watchmaker and
c) on paying for your order your credit card details go directly to the bank via encrypted system and we ourselves see no card details.
d) 100% satisfaction is our aim. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase you may return it within 3 working days, at your own cost,
in the same condition, for a refund of the purchase price (less our shipping cost)
